YBS Commercial says it is currently experiencing a high volume of calls from customers and therefore needs to prioritise the most financially vulnerable.
Customers who are unable to make monthly mortgage payments are able to request a payment holiday up to a maximum of three months as long as they are currently up to date with their mortgage repayments and it will not impact their credit file.
