Tracey has over 20 years’ experience in sales leadership, with previous roles managing teams in blue chip companies such as Sky Sports and the RAC.
In her new role, Tracey will work with existing introducer partners and build new opportunities within the bridging and commercial finance sectors.
She will also be providing strategic leadership support to the current sales team as well as expanding the team by recruiting new field-based BDMs and more office based bridging specialists.
