"I know that the region I cover is full of exceptional brokers who deliver unrivalled service to their clients."

Andy began his finance career working as a customer advisor for RBS before moving on to Castle Trust Bank where he spent almost four years progressing from telephone-based BDM to regional relationship manager.

He has since worked for a range of specialist lenders including Oblix and Ascot Bridging.

Avamore has made eight new appointments this year, 50% of which have been into the origination team as the firm seeks to provide greater support to an increasing number of broker partners.

Andy commented: “I am really excited to be stepping into this new role at Avamore; from experience I know that the region I cover is full of exceptional brokers who deliver unrivalled service to their clients. For me to be able to present value add and unique propositions like the Finish & Exit and Planning Flexibility is a huge advantage. I’m joining an established company, with a great standing in the market already but I know that what Avamore has to offer is exactly what more of the market needs right now. I will be focusing on my key relationships that I know require flexibility and look forward to demonstrating our solution driven approach.”

Adam Butler, senior relationship manager commented: “Andy’s experience in the South West is going to bring so much to the team. As we grow, it’s really important that all broker partners have a consistent and high-quality experience with us. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and he has a genuine determination to help brokers deliver for their customers. He is completely committed to presenting the best options available and with the strength of Avamore’s product set, he will undoubtedly unlock new opportunities for the business.”
