D’mitri will join the board of Directors at Avamore Capital and sit alongside Michael Dean, Zuhair Mirza, Alan Margolis and Philip Gould. The hire follows last month’s significant appointment of industry star, Alan Margolis, as part of its long-term growth strategy.
D’mitri will co-lead the Avamore Management Team and be a member of the Credit Committee. He will take an overarching view of the company focusing on executing core initiatives to drive business growth whilst also providing guidance on commercial aspects. Undoubtedly, D’mitri’s background in deal origination will feed directly into the lender’s existing sales and marketing approach, with a view to elevate and build upon success to date.
