Amir joins Avamore in the midst of a number of hires being announced across all departments and is the second of two relationship mangers that have joined this year.
Amir has joined Avamore from West One Loans where he was a key account manager, and prior to this worked for Aldermore Bank.
At Avamore, Amir will be the relationship manager for Southern & Central London, working alongside Andreas Yianni who will continue to support partners in Northern & Central London. Amir will be looking to build new relationships and work with his existing network of core broker partners to increase awareness and accessibility to Avamore’s specialist funding range. In particular, introducing broader optionality to the mainstream market is something which is becoming increasingly important as more brokers look to diversify into the bridging and development space.
Earlier this year, the lender announced £150m in redemptions with no impairments to date and, more recently, it has crossed £300m in total lending.
Growth in loans is coinciding with expansions across all departments with the recent hire of two placement analysts, and the lender will soon announce expansions to the underwriting team and further growth within the origination department. Avamore is also actively recruiting for the credit analysis and asset management teams.
