The firm has expanded rapidly on a national scale with offices in Scotland and Northern Ireland, making it one of the biggest players in the alternative lending space. I’m looking forward to settling in to my role and supporting the North West’s ambitious business owners and property developers.”

Stuart Law, chief executive of Assetz Capital, added: “As businesses continue to look to alternative finance for funding, we have seen an influx of enquiries over the last few months. It is important that we continue to bolster the Assetz Capital team so we can continue to serve these businesses, and with this in mind, I’m happy to welcome Jake to the team. He has a wealth of experience in the commercial lending space, and has a great understanding of the North West economy.”
