"As head of sales, I look forward to working with SMEs in the region, helping them access the funding they need to drive the growth of their business."

Adrian returns to Bibby after four years, having started his career with the specialist funder’s West Midlands team in 2013 as a business development executive, before becoming head of sales at Market Invoice.

Specialising in invoice finance, he has also been part of sales teams at Ultimate Finance and Aldermore.

Adrian will lead a specialist team from the company’s office in Slough, Berkshire.

Adrian said: “I have always wanted to return to BFS as it is the market leading provider of bespoke financial services. I was delighted when the opportunity arose to join the business’s leadership team in the South, in which I’ll be responsible for a high performing sales team with significant growth targets.

“As head of sales, I look forward to working with SMEs in the region, helping them access the funding they need to drive the growth of their business. It is the perfect role at a great company."

Gary Davis, regional sales director for the south, commented: “BFS is committed to providing specialist funding solutions to SMEs across the UK, and Adrian brings with him a host of relevant skills and experience from his time spent working at other funders. This experience stands him in excellent stead for the role.

"We have always considered Adrian one of our own and I am thrilled to welcome him back to BFS at this exciting time for the business and the Solent region. We are continuing to expand and have ambitious targets for 2019, that we are confident Adrian can support. His desire to return was welcomed and is ultimately a credit to what an excellent company BFS is to work for.”
