SimplyBiz launches second BTL week

SimplyBiz Mortgages' second educational BTL week launches today, starting with the issue of an on line BTL Guide exclusively for members which will include articles including “Choosing the right property” and “How to build a portfolio”, alongside detailed information on the niche areas of the BTL market such as HMOs and working with limited companies.

This will be followed by an email per day from members of their BTL lending panel outlining their core lending specialisms plus hints and tips on how to submit quality applications.

Both the guide and email campaign are being supported by over 15 lenders from SimplyBiz Mortgages’ panel as it looks to expand its growing reach in the BTL market.

Lending is only one aspect of the BTL market and in conjunction with its BTL week SimplyBiz Mortgages will also be issuing an additional on line guide highlighting all their landlord insurance panel providers. This will cover all relevant criteria with helpful information tips.

Commenting on the initiative Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages, said:

“The ethos of SimplyBiz Mortgages is increasing the diversity of knowledge of our members and supporting them not only in helping more clients but also providing them with ideas on how they can increase their client bank. Both the guide and the daily email updates will build on the foundations laid during last year’s BTL week, plus the training provided on our spring events and our current round of masterclasses. The bespoke articles will provide members with information they can refer to again and again. This is the first of a number of initiatives we have planned for July.”

Kevin Purvey, Head of Intermediaries at Coventry Building Society added:

“We have been working very closely with SimplyBiz Mortgages during the last few years and feel that their focus on education certainly provides their members with an extra dimension.”
