Eddie Goldsmith, Senior Partner of Goldsmith Williams commented:

"GW Live, our award-winning portal revolutionised the working relationship between solicitors and Introducers by automating conveyancing instructions and monitoring case progression.

"Our thirty years in the conveyancing industry has shown us that effective communication lies at the heart of an effective property transaction.  Indeed a recent survey by the Conveyancing Association has revealed that nearly a quarter of property transactions fail due to delays caused by poor communication strategies.  With our recent focus on lender introduced business we’ve been looking at ways to improve transparency for brokers and packagers on these property matters and I’m delighted to confirm today that, working with Precise Mortgages, we can offer access on bridging cases for brokers and packagers on GW Live."

"Indeed, frustrated brokers, packagers and their clients have been asking us for more information on their case to speed up the transaction as bridging cases are frequently time critical.  This enhancement to GW Live will mean that real time information on case progress and any documents outstanding will be visible, enabling brokers and packagers to proactively manage the case for the benefit of their client."

Alan Cleary Managing Director of Precise Mortgages commented:

"Goldsmith Williams, our preferred short term conveyancer, with this latest development to their GW Live case management system, are providing some much needed transparency to brokers and packagers.  It has been source of frustration to all parties involved in these property matters that it wasn’t possible to have universal access to the same information on the progress of the transaction and so the reason for any delays was unclear and responsibility was hard to assign.  Now there is no hiding place!"
