Regentsmead have taken a large step towards rectifying this problem by agreeing a partnership with the National Federation of Builders (NFB). The National Federation of Builders is the construction industry’s longest established trade association and has grown in stature since its origins in the late 19th century. The federation represents companies involved in the building and construction industry in England and Wales and provides vital resources in key areas, enabling members to focus on their primary business of construction. Regentsmead will now be their lender of choice after agreeing an exclusive arrangement.
The federation has circa 1000 members, ranging from sole traders/proprietors, through to house builders and general contractors. The member companies range in size from smaller companies, turning over under £500,000, to larger organisations whose turnovers exceed £500m.
Commenting on the partnership, NFB chief executive Richard Beresford said:
“The NFB is delighted to partner with Regentsmead to address the need for investment in SME construction companies and looks forward to sharing the success that this connection will cultivate.”
